Some of my Tubes were made using tutorials and others are made using graphics from CDs that I purchased or from royalty free graphics. They are compatible with all editions of Paintshop Pro as far as I know. They are free for you to use. I do not claim the copyright on these images but I do ask that you respect the many hours that I have spent cleaning up the images so that you could use them. All scratch tubes were made by me in PSP 6.02 & 7.04.  I do own the copy - write on some but not all the scratch tubes. Some tubes were made using selection tutorials and the tutorial writer does hold the copy-right. These tubes may not be used in any way that they will make money unless it is by the original tutorial writer. Please respect their work by following their rules. They are not to be sold, displayed or added to any archive or collection. Please do not alter them in any way or claim them for your own work.
